Born from the belief that coffee deserves as much attention as wine.

Fahrenheit Coffee Roasters started with a simple conviction: that coffee, when treated with care and precision, can be an experience worth savoring. Located on Grand Avenue in the heart of Mancos, our roastery sits at the crossroads of mountain and desert — a place where slow mornings and deliberate craft feel entirely natural.

We source green beans from farms that practice sustainable agriculture, then roast them in small batches right here in Mancos. Every batch is cupped, evaluated, and adjusted until it meets our standard — not because we're difficult, but because the people who drink our coffee deserve to know exactly what they're getting.
